Office 365 Education

Available for free to all full and part-time Ryerson students.

Microsoft's program allows eligible users to download and install Office 365 on up to 5 PCs or Macs and on up to 5 tablets and up to 5 phones per user. Office 365 includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook and Microsoft Teams. Microsoft also provides access to a limited amount of file storage on their OneDrive cloud service.

The Microsoft software (with the exception of Office 365) download is ONLY for on campus Ryerson owned computers of participating departments in the Microsoft Campus License Agreement.

Note: Activation for Microsoft Office and Windows 7 must be done using a Ryerson wired connection from your office. Activation cannot be done using Ryerson's wireless or employees' home connection.
