Strategic Leadership in Fashion

This course explores leadership theories as they apply to for-profit, non-profit, and social advocacy organizations in the fashion industry. Students examine the roles of strategizing, decision-making and influencing when building and leading teams in the fashion system. Case studies and guest speakers provide practical applications of issues under study. Assessment comprises of individual and group projects, including a critical analysis of leadership styles in the fashion industry.
