Interprofessional Midwifery Care

This course consists of weekly tutorials provided in a distance format. Content builds on MWF 121 with a focus on variations of normal and aspects of clinical midwifery care involving collaboration with other health care providers. The course is taken concurrently with MWF 220 and addresses the theoretical basis for interprofessional collaboration and explores related professional issues such as ethics and risk management. Opportunities for students to interact with faculty and peers will be provided.
