 Event description

The Clean Energy Zone (CEZ) truly believes in working to build sustainable cities and communities. We generate creative solutions that work for everyone. The CEZ Sustainability Design Challenge 2019 is a unique competition hosted at the brand new Centre for Urban Innovation at Ryerson University.

We hope you will be there to join us for the first challenge of the new academic year. Meet new people, network and have fun while achieving a comprehensive sustainable solution. This challenge is a great opportunity to learn new skills through workshops and from our mentors who will help you solve real-world issues.

 The challenge

We want you to identify, create and deliver projects that teach and empower others to implement economically viable solutions to relevant sustainability issues in cities and communities.

 Prizes

First place:
$500 + incubation in the Clean Energy Zone.

Second place:
$250 + incubation in the Clean Energy Zone.
