Welcome from the Dean

FEAS is home to a rich and diverse community of innovators, entrepreneurs, leaders and problem-solvers; engineers and architects working to address the great challenges facing society today.

In 1950, Engineering and Architectural Draughting students became some of the first alumni of the new Ryerson Institute of Technology. As we welcome a new generation of change-makers into the world of post-secondary education, we are proud to celebrate the impact of trail-blazers who came before us, and to inspire creative and curious minds to reach even greater heights.

It is my goal to ensure that every one of our graduates leaves us with the skills, knowledge and passion to make a difference, and we will strive to ensure that anyone who dreams of changing their world has access to first-class opportunities throughout their career.

I encourage you to stay connected to Ryerson and FEAS – take advantage of the benefits that being part of the Ryerson community offers, and explore the many ways that you can support us in engineering a better future.
