In partnership with the Urban Farm and TMU’s Indigenous Education Council, we are thrilled to announce TMU's second annual Climate Week campaign. Scheduled from March 11, 2024, to March 15, 2024, this initiative offers a series of engaging events and activities that highlight the interconnectedness of people, animals and plant ecosystems within the context of global climate change — and how it is affecting us all.

Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU) is committed to restorative climate action and supporting  the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) (external link) . At the heart of this year’s campaign is Goal 13: Climate Action (external link) : By educating and raising awareness about climate change, we empower our campus community to take tangible steps towards a sustainable future.

A global cultural shift is imperative to preserve and rehabilitate our fragile ecosystems and maintain our planet's vitality — working together we can amplify our impact in addressing this global challenge.

Join us for Climate Week as we embark on this journey together, united by the vision of a greener, more resilient world.
