Change mode of delivery.

1. Submit a  (google form) CC-AC (external link, opens in new window)  form.

• Use one form for each program, minor, or specialization that houses the course for which you are changing the mode of delivery. 
• Enter the course code and title, and then choose the program that the course is being added to.
• Choose “Other,” and then write in further details describing the change in mode of delivery.

2. Once the CC-AC form is submitted, you will get a link to a Google Doc in your email.

•  (google doc) Use the Google Approvals function on this document (external link, opens in new window)  to get endorsements on your change from the necessary stakeholders (VIDEO) (opens in new window) .
• Only curriculum changes that have received endorsements on the CC-AC form will be reflected in the Calendar.
  • Endorsements are needed because other departments that are offering a course need to assess whether permanently deleting the course will affect their programming.
  • Endorsements also allow Undergraduate Publications to know that the change has gone through the proper channels. This eliminates ambiguity and allows us to input calendar changes efficiently.

3. Submit revised calendar copy.

• Upload your revised calendar copy to your program-specific folder on the shared Google Drive for program submissions.
  • We will email instructions for accessing the shared Google Drive each calendar cycle.

PLEASE NOTE: There is no way to specify multiple minors when filling out the Calendar Change Hub.

This is done to ensure that each change is evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the stakeholders involved. This reduces the likelihood that oversights will occur.
