Empowering Women: Overcoming Fertility Issues with Smart Underwear Solutions!

By Parnian Majd

Did you know that 80% of people trying for pregnancy every month don’t succeed? Shocking right?! This is how I felt when I first saw this stat - this can be you, your daughter, granddaughter, or sister, and it is not easy to find the right few fertile days every month to get pregnant.

For many women, the journey to parenthood can be filled with joy and anticipation. However, for some, it can be a rollercoaster ride of emotions, as they face the challenges of fertility issues. The struggle to conceive can take a toll on a woman's physical and emotional well-being. Fortunately, advances in technology have brought about innovative solutions to assist women in their quest for pregnancy. In this blog post, we will explore the struggles faced by women dealing with fertility issues and discuss how smart underwear, as a fertility tracker, can offer hope and support during this challenging time.

The Emotional Toll of Fertility Issues

Dealing with fertility issues can be an incredibly emotional journey for women and their partners. Each month that passes without a positive pregnancy test can bring a mix of disappointment, frustration, and sadness. Women may experience feelings of guilt, as if they are failing to fulfill their innate purpose. Moreover, the societal pressure and constant reminders of others' pregnancy announcements can further intensify their emotional distress. It is crucial to acknowledge and validate these emotions as a natural response to a challenging situation.

The Role of Technology in Fertility Tracking

Fertility tracking has long been employed as a means to better understand a woman's reproductive cycle and increase the chances of conception. Traditional methods, such as tracking basal body temperature, monitoring cervical mucus, and using ovulation predictor kits, can be time-consuming and prone to errors. However, technological advancements have introduced a more convenient and accurate approach through smart underwear.

I'm Parnian, founder, and CEO of Fibra (external link) . We are creating smart underwear to help women/couples get pregnant faster, easier, and in the most natural manner. A continuous fertility tracker that accurately and in the most convenient and hassle-free manner predicts women's fertile days and tremendously increases their pregnancy chance.

I want to tell you the story of Sydle who is trying for pregnancy and failing.

Anxiety, loneliness, and a feeling of failure are just a few of the feelings she goes through on a daily basis.

She’s tired of going through complicated fertility tracking methods to find the few days during each month that she has a chance of pregnancy.

And for her, with an irregular menstrual cycle, it is even harder to find those few days and get pregnant.

Let's review Sydle's options:

1) Fertility tracking apps - inaccurate

2) Disposable ovulation strips - messy and who wants to pee on a stick every morning right?

3) Other methods are inconvenient, complicated, or invasive.

She just wants something easy and hassle-free to predict her fertile days every month in order to be prepared.

As a woman myself with irregular menstrual cycles, I could not relate more because I know that it is going to be hard for me as well. I know that Sydle and I are not the only ones. In fact, 1 in 4 women have irregular menstrual cycles.
