CCS Scheduled Maintenance and Outages
Preventative Maintenance includes a variety of activities necessary to keep information and technology services running, such as software patches, fixes and upgrades, hardware upgrade. Additional outages may occur as a result of unforeseen hardware or software issues. In these cases, CCS strives to provide as much notice as possible.
No alternate service will be available if a system or an application is not available due to the scheduled maintenance or outage, unless explicitly indicated in the table below for the particular system/application.

Testing wwwdown server and applying assorted fixes and features to CQ.
User Impact: For wwwdown server: minimal user impact, if any, users will see ryerson.ca offiline message for a brief time.

User Impact: None due to redundancy. Performance may degrade for Production VMs. Servers may experience some performance issue.

User Impact: No user impact expected due to redundancy. Servers may experience some performance issues.

Upgrading RAMSS and CS applications.
User Impact: RAMSS and CS related applications will not be available.
- Sunday, October 27, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Installing updates for eHR and RAMSS servers.
User Impact: No access to eHR web services briefly during the outage times.
