Design Thinking in Student Affairs

Integrating models of Design Thinking and a Student Affairs Assessment Cycle, Lesley D'Souza and our team developed and designed a model for how Design Thinking can be used in Student Affairs complete with a workbook and facilitator’s guide. This has been implemented and taught at Ryerson and beyond.
