Erin’s career was built in hospitality. Her 13 years of industry experience began at Earls Restaurants, moving into leadership positions in Vancouver, Mississauga, and later Burlington.

Erin moved to Starwood Hotels and Resorts, spending time in both Rooms and Food & Beverage before shifting to a focus on Talent. She spent time supporting strategic talent development, including developing core recruitment strategies, and leading on-the-ground recruitment of key roles.

Erin transitioned to Accor, where she oversaw talent acquisition strategy for North & Central America. In 2020 she joined Ten Thousand Coffees, a technology networking solution with a mission to democratize opportunity and create meaningful networks and relationships. As their Head of People, Erin spent time building core HR infrastructure as the organization set to scale.

In 2021, Erin accepted her current role with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, leading the global talent acquisition strategy and deployment.
