Programs And Services

Together these services provide a network of support, workplace opportunity, and skill development that benefit and invest in your future.
The Advanced Digital and Professional Training Program (ADaPT) is an action-research project funded by the Future Skills Centre which equips new graduates with the Skills for Success Canadian employers are seeking, along with a paid internship. By focusing on youth from diverse groups and social science and humanities graduates, ADaPT is contributing to inclusive economic growth.
ADaPT4Success focuses on work-integrated learning opportunities while training participants in critical in-demand job skills in three core areas: Skills for Success (customer service, communication strategies and styles, personal branding and project management); Digital Skills (Google and data analytics, social media, artificial intelligence and cybersecurity); and Job Search Skills (resume building, career strategies, LinkedIn and interviewing for success).
An initiative dedicated to supporting Black Youth in developing skills they need and securing work opportunities. The program is for Black youth in high school, college, university or recent graduates, aged 15 to 29 in the Greater Toronto Area, Thunder Bay, Windsor and Kingston.
The program is available online with self study, experienced industry instructors as well as all the supports you will need to succeed. Participants will also be eligible for employment and internship opportunities to apply their skills.
Finding a job is an important part of making a new country home. The Lifeline Challenge platform Powered by Magnet helps connect Afghan and Ukrainian newcomers, of all backgrounds and levels of experience, to jobs.
Newcomers from Afghanistan and Ukraine can apply to jobs through the specialized portals and find additional resources for support.
MyStartr connects young people who face barriers to employment with top-ranked employers in Canada — helping people secure meaningful jobs and opportunities to develop professional skills.
Supported by major employers, governments and community organizations, MyStartr creates paths to opportunity for people aged 15 to 30 — opening doors to career-launching jobs that help them reimagine their futures while contributing to Canada’s overall economic growth and prosperity.
