Biomedical Zone

Located in St. Michael’s Hospital, this zone is a physician-led, health technology incubator that offers entrepreneurs unprecedented access to the healthcare environment, as well as the resources and support they need to develop their biomedical or healthcare venture.

Clean Energy Zone

An incubator focused on clean, sustainable energy innovations including electric vehicles, renewable energy, energy storage and distribution, microgrids and net-zero city building.

Design Fabrication Zone

From concept development to three-dimensional prototyping and beyond, this zone facilitates the incubation and acceleration of project ideas and strategically propels them towards real-life application and business innovation.

DMZ

The top-ranked university incubator in the world, it helps tech startups succeed by connecting them with customers, advisors, influencers and other entrepreneurs. In eight years, the DMZ has grown more than 300 companies that have raised $395 million and created more than 3,000 jobs.

One of Canada’s first incubators for fashion-inspired business, this zone fills gaps and opportunities in the Canadian Fashion Industry in regards to development of innovative products and services.

The first legal tech incubator with a focus on building better legal solutions for the consumers of legal services. The LIZ helps support, foster and develop solutions and techniques to improve legal services and the justice system.
